1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tennis AI Coach, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Tennis AI Coach provides AI-powered tennis video analysis, personalized training plans, and progress tracking. The service requires a paid subscription after a 7-day free trial.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Tennis AI Coach. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access.
• Subscription: After the trial, a subscription is required. Plans are billed monthly ($9.99/month) or annually ($79.99/year).
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings. No refunds for partial periods.

5. User Content
